Beef cutlet


INGREDIENTS
  1. Beef -1/2 kg
  2. Chilli powder -2 teaspoon
    Pepper -1 teaspoon
  3. Coconut oil -suitable amount
  4. Onion -3
    Green chilli -5 or 6
    Ginger -1/2 inch slice
  5. Potato -2
  6. Salt -suitable amount
    Vinegar -few amount
  7. Egg -2
  8. Bread crumbs -1 cup
PREPARATION
  • Broil beef with chilli powder and pepper,Then slightly grind it and place it separately
  • Pour cococnut oil in a pan, When it is boiled add chopped onion,green chilli,ginger and stir it well.
  • Add broiled beef, steamed and grinded potato
  • Mix it with salt , vinegar and make small balls out of it
  • Make each balls into the shape of cutlet and sink it in egg, then put it in bread crumbs and fry
  • Garnish it with onion rings for a little touch up and finally serve it hot with tomato sauce
