Njandu roast(Crab roast)


INGREDIENTS
  1. Crab -1 kg, well cleaned
  2. Coconut oil -4,5 tablespoon
  3. Grinded ginger -2 teaspoon
    Grinded garlic -2 teaspoon
  4. Small onion -15, dented
  5. Chilli powder -3 tablespoon
    Coriander powder -1 tablespoon
    Turmeric powder -1/2 teaspoon
    Pepper powder -1 teaspoon
  6. Diluted coconut milk -1 cup
  7. Salt -suitable amount
  8. Vinegar -1 teaspoon
  9. Coconut milk -1/2 cup
PREPARATION

  • Pour oil in a pan, add ginger&garlic,stir well till  the mix is well cooked
  • When it becomes brown add dented small onion to it cook well
  • Make a mix of chilli powder,coriander powder,pepper powder and turmeric powder with water and pour to it
  • When a well smell come from it, pour diluted coconut milk into it,then add salt and vinegar
  • When the milk is set and become thick, put our crab into it. When the crab is well cooked and when the diluted milk become dry up, add coconut milk and finally cook it in small flame for 5 more min. Your dish is ready now
  • If you want to make some touch ups. Garnish it with onion rings or cucumber and serve it hot...
