Chicken With Coconut


INGREDIENTS
  1. Chicken breast  -1/2 kg, without bones and skin
  2. Onion -small 1, finely chopped
  3. Green chilli -2, long sliced 
  4. Garlic -2 cloves, finely chopped 
  5. Coconut milk -1 cup
  6. Stock (boiled chicken stock) -1 cup
  7. Salt -1/2 teaspoon
  8. Ghee -2 tablespoon
  9. Steamed amaranthus -400gm
PREPARATION
  • Melt the ghee, gently stir onion,green chilli,garlic about 5 min in a low flame
  • Put chicken pieces into it and gently stir it for about 4 to 5 min. Add other ingredients to it and cook it in low flame for about 20 min. Make sure whether the chicken is well cooked
  • Serve it hot with chapatti or rice...
