Chicken With Coconut
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken breast -1/2 kg, without bones and skin
- Onion -small 1, finely chopped
- Green chilli -2, long sliced
- Garlic -2 cloves, finely chopped
- Coconut milk -1 cup
- Stock (boiled chicken stock) -1 cup
- Salt -1/2 teaspoon
- Ghee -2 tablespoon
- Steamed amaranthus -400gm
PREPARATION
- Melt the ghee, gently stir onion,green chilli,garlic about 5 min in a low flame
- Put chicken pieces into it and gently stir it for about 4 to 5 min. Add other ingredients to it and cook it in low flame for about 20 min. Make sure whether the chicken is well cooked
- Serve it hot with chapatti or rice...
