Grilled Pearl Spot Fish-(Karimeen Pollichathu)


INGREDIENTS
  1. Pearl spot fish -1
  2. Red chilli -30gm without seed
    Small red onions -35gm
  3. Vinegar -suitable amount
  4. Coconut oil -2 tablespoon
    Salt -suitable amount
PREPARATION
  • Clean and cut the fish well and make lines with knife on either side
  • Mix the red chilli peppers,red onion and vinegar and grind it 
  • Mix coconut oil and salt with it and knead, then apply the mix on fish
  • Finally grill the fish
  • Garnish the dish with onion rings and serve hot
