- Cucumber -100 gm
- Carrot -2
- Tomato -100 gm
- Iceberg lettuce -100 gm
- Olives -50 gm
- Chopped cheese -50 gm
- Capsicum -1
- Fresh mushroom -4
- Parsley -2 stem
- Olive oil -2 tablespoon
- Chopped garlic -8 cloves
- Lemon juice -2
- Salt -as required
- Sugar -2 pinch
- Chop vegetables into squared pieces and mix all the ingredients
- Garnish with parsley
- Cool it and serve
