Squid fry




INGREDIENTS
  1. Squid -100 gm
  2. Lemon juice -1 tablespoon
  3. Salt -as required
  4. Pepper -1 tablespoon
  5. Dough -100 gm
    Cornflour -100 gm
  6. Egg -1
  7. Baking powder -1 pinch
  8. Water -as required
  9. Oil -as required for frying
PREPARATION
  • Wash the squid well
  • Make a mix of ingredients from 2-4
  • Make a mix of ingredients from 5-7 with suitable amount of water
  • Fry the squid in it
  • Tartar sauce can be used to make it delicious
